- Project Design Document
Each project begins with the creation of a Project Design
Document. This document describes clearly, in detail, the functions,
requirements and features of the designed system. The Project Design Document is
targeted at describing the application in a language that is easily understandable
to both non-technical and technical personal.
- Prototyping
We at Vivitech feel that an invaluable step is the creation of
a graphical-user interface prototype. This gives the end user a preview of
the look and feel of the final product and allows any misconceptions to be uncovered
early in the development process, eliminating the need for costly code modifications
in later phases of the project. Only after the final approval of this
prototype will actual coding begin.
- Coding, Testing, and the Final Product
Coding can proceed quickly and efficiently as a result of the
care taken to properly prototype and design the application. A testing
phase will occur after coding is complete and then final adjustments
are made at this point. Once you are fully satisfied
with the custom software product, your staff will be provided training in the use of
